Fresh, Local Ingredients & Thoughtful Meal Planning
At SR1 CPSA, our students enjoy nutritious, delicious meals crafted by our certified culinary chef — an expert healthy cuisine with a passion for global flavors. We prioritize fresh, locally sourced ingredients when possible and thoughtfully plan each meal to balance taste, nutrition, and student favorites. Our goal is to introduce students to new flavors and healthy habits that fuel their learning every day.
Our Commitment to Food Safety
Our culinary team follows the highest food safety standards, ensuring every meal served is fresh, safe, and prepared in a clean, well-managed kitchen. Students and families can trust that our meals meet rigorous guidelines, so children can enjoy tasty dishes that nourish mind and body.
Important Reminder
While we take proactive steps to reduce allergen exposure and ensure emergency readiness, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
We encourage families to:
-
Keep medical records and allergy plans updated.
-
Inform school staff of any dietary restrictions or health concerns.
-
Maintain open communication with our culinary and nursing teams.
Together, we can help keep all students safe.

“Cooking for our students is more than a job—it's a chance to nourish minds and bodies. I take pride in crafting meals that are not only nutritious, but that kids actually enjoy. It’s my goal to make the cafeteria a place students look forward to visiting every day.”
