Naming Opportunities & Campus Legacy – Leave your Mark on SR1 CPSA

What Your Gift Supports
SR1 College Preparatory & STEM Academy (SR1 CPSA) is not just a standalone school – it’s the heart of the SR1 C.O.O.L. Zone Campus (C.O.O.L.™ stands for Community Oriented Opportunities for Learning), a visionary 250-acre educational campus in rural Mississippi. This campus is more than a school; it’s an integrated community of facilities and programs designed to uplift students and families for generations.

The SR1 C.O.O.L.™ Zone Campus is being built for children and families, brick by brick—and your gift can literally help shape what rises from the ground. Naming opportunities allow donors to become a visible, permanent part of this living legacy. Your support can fund everything from the bricks of the walkway to the educational campus and to the statues and public art that inspire students as they walk across campus.

You may choose to name a classroom, science lab, library, or early learning space; dedicate a playground, garden, or outdoor classroom in honor of a loved one; or put your family or company name on a major area like a wing, field, or building. Gifts in this category directly support the design, construction, furnishing, landscaping, and ongoing care of specific spaces on campus. In gratitude, we honor your contribution with naming rights or prominent recognition on campus. Even modest gifts can be celebrated—such as sponsoring a bench under a shade tree, a sculpture of a historic “Vanguard,” or a single oak planted with a plaque symbolizing growth, resilience, and knowledge for decades to come.

Why It Matters
Naming opportunities are more than words on a wall. They are a public promise that the community stands behind its children. When your name—or the name of someone you love—appears on a classroom, lab, garden, or statue, you are tying your legacy to a place of learning, hope, and opportunity.

These gifts typically support capital projects: libraries where children fall in love with reading, innovation labs where they build robots, athletic fields where they learn teamwork, commons and courtyards where friendships and ideas take root. By directing your philanthropy to a space, you help ensure it is built to the highest standards—safe, beautiful, and equipped for deep learning. At the same time, every dollar you invest in bricks, beams, and statues frees up other funds to go toward enrichment and direct student support, multiplying your impact.

Direct Benefits to Students & Families
Every space you help create immediately becomes part of students’ daily lives. A named Library & Innovation Hub building becomes the buzzing heart of campus, where children discover new books, tinker with STEM tools, and collaborate on projects. A sponsored playground becomes the place where they learn to share, take turns, and build friendships. A donor-funded amphitheater becomes the backdrop for school assemblies, family events, and community celebrations.

For families, these spaces are more than buildings—they are proof that their children are worth world-class facilities. Parents will bring younger siblings to the same courtyard where an older child received an award or sit in a named auditorium to watch a performance or 5th-grade promotion. Your name on a door, wall, bench, or statue quietly reminds every child and every parent: someone believed this campus—and these kids—were worth investing in.

Stability and Protection for the Future
A capital gift on the SR1 C.O.O.L.™ Zone Campus is one of the most durable, protected ways to support this work. Donor-funded facilities and improvements are anchored in place and dedicated to educational purposes for the long term. Unlike buildings that can be repurposed or shuttered due to shifting political decisions, the spaces you help create are designed to remain learning hubs for future generations—whether as a charter campus, community learning center, or other student-focused programs.

When you invest in a naming opportunity, you are helping build something that will outlast any single policy, administration, or trend. Decades from now, children will still walk through the doors, sit under the trees, and gather around the statues that your generosity made possible. Your legacy is literally built into the campus—a lasting gift that keeps teaching, inspiring, and welcoming students long after the last brick is laid.
